Notification of Gifts or Benefits

A reminder for staff to declare all gifts exceeding $200 by 31 October 2017.

Staff members are reminded that gifts and/or benefits received exceeding $200 individually, or from the same party that cumulatively exceed $200, should be disclosed as per Section 8 of the Conflict of Interest policy.

 

If you have not disclosed any gifts and/or benefits exceeding the above threshold received from April 2017, kindly do so before 31 October 2017.

 

The disclosure should be made by completing the notification of a gift or benefit form and emailing it to ConflictofInterest@murdoch.edu.au.
