Do you want to see how good you are at recognising faces?
Volunteers wanted for Research Project: Use of the 7.5% CO2 Challenge model in facial recognition
Researchers at Murdoch University are looking for participants aged 18 years and above, as a way of examining how individuals differ in their cognitive ability, which influences their performance on facial recognition tasks.
Participation in this experiment includes completion of an online survey and completion of a face-recognition task. The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, and the face recognition task approximately 45 minutes. You will be asked to complete this task twice, over two testing sessions approximately one week apart.
Murdoch University students will be given .5 credits for completing the online survey, and 2 credit points + $10 dollar gift voucher for completing the second part of the experiment.
If you are not from Murdoch University, you will be given a $10 Coles voucher for completion of the face recognition task.
The first part of the experiment (online survey) will be completed online, and the second part will be completed at Murdoch University.
Participation in both the survey and the task will be anonymous and answers will not be linked to you.
