ITS Services Announcements : Update to Mailbox From September 1, a new ITS Announcements mailbox will be used for future incidents and ITS communications. To support consistency in our ITS communications and to avoid confusion from where communications are coming from, IT Services will be introducing a new mailbox "ITS Announcements" for distributing ITS communications and incident announcements. This new mailbox will be live from September 1 This mailbox is a no-reply mailbox and in turn recipients of communications from that mailbox will be directed to the IT Service Desk via: Online: Murdoch Support Telephone: 9360 2000 (or extension 2000 on campus) In person: IT Service Counter, South Street Campus Library, North Wing, Level 3, Library Foyer (map) Note: If you have a rules/settings in place to filter/move ITS Service Desk (itservicedesk@murdoch.edu.au) emails, this should be amended to redirect emails received from ITS.Announcements@murdoch.edu.au as of September 1 2018. This is how the announcement will appear on the Announcements website. Only the title will be included in the emailed version.
