Calling all Murdoch undergraduate students, aged 18-39 years, to help explore the effectiveness of psychological intervention to better cope with a past negative life event.

This pilot study consists of two phases. In the first phase, you will be contacted via phone call for a brief phone interview, and if found suited for the study, this will be followed by an in-person interview at the Murdoch Psychology Clinic.

The second phase involves participating in an 8-week psychological intervention aiming to help participants manage the stress associated with the past negative life event. You will be reimbursed with $10 Coles gift voucher for your time in each stage.
