29 Oct 2014Young Carer Bursary ProgrammeYoung Carer bursaries, funded by the Australian Government and ranging in value from $4,000 to $10,000, are being offered for young carers through Carers Australia. Young carers, aged 12-25, who provide care and support to a family member or friend with an illness, disability, mental health illness, is frail aged or has an alcohol or other drug problem are eligible to apply. Applications opened 13 October and close on 9 November 2014.
