"R U Ok?" Day

Grab a free 'R U Ok?' cookie at the Guild stall on Bush Court and have a chat with us about some of the free mental health services and resources available to you.

For this year's "R U Ok?" Day, Murdoch Guild will giving away free cookies with info. sheets on mental health at our Guild stall on Thursday, 8 September, 10am - 2pm at Bush Court.

Our Guild Outlets (The Tavern and Cafe Kadjininy) will also be participating by placing conversation cards on their tables. Students can use these conversation cards as prompts to talk more about what their going through and their mental health.
