Annual vaccination is the most effective way to prevent influenza & it’s complications, which can be especially dangerous for vulnerable populations such as the elderly and those with underlying health conditions.
Additionally, following a resurgence of influenza in 2022, seasonal influenza activity is expected to continue in 2023, making vaccination even more crucial.
In order to provide optimum immunity during Perth’s heaviest months for influenza transmission (June to September), Murdoch University’s Medical Service team will be offering free influenza vaccinations to all staff and students in early May.

Bookings are essential, so make sure to reserve your appointment as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Where to get your flu vaccine
