The Access, Wellbeing and Equity team at Murdoch University is excited to welcome you to the International Café, a weekly social catch-up event at the Den designed to connect international students with one another and with the support services offered by the university.
The International Cafe will take place every Wednesday from 10 am to 2 pm at the Base /Winter Garden (Building 430 level 1). This event is free and open to all international students. The international cafe will provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for you to meet new friends, learn about different cultures and life in Australia and build a sense of community and belonging.
You will also have the opportunity to connect with other international students, as well as with staff and resources from the university that can support you throughout your time here. You can also share your own culture and experiences and learn from each other.
We understand that transitioning to a new country and culture can be difficult, and we want to ensure that all international students have the support they need to thrive at Murdoch University.
The International Cafe is just one of the many ways we are working to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
The international cafe always offers fun activities, snacks, drinks, music and games, and we hope to see you there!
