R U OK? is calling on all of us to let the people you care about know you're here, to really hear them. By taking the time for an R U OK? conversation and genuinely listening with an open mind, we can all help the people in our world feel supported and connected.

R U OK? Day is on Thursday 14 September, and is a national day of action when we are reminded to start a meaningful conversation whenever we spot the signs that someone we care about might be struggling with life.

Murdoch Guild will be hosting a free DIY friendship bracelet stall at Murdoch Markets, held at Bush Court on R U OK? Day from 10am - 2pm, to provide students with the space to sit down, enjoy a fun activity with their friends and check-in with each other.
