Murdoch University is proud to be a part of this historic event to celebrate our LGBTQIA+ student and staff community. We invite staff, students, and alumni to join us in the Pride Parade 2023. You're welcome to walk with us, and students can also bring a partner or friend to participate.
The Pride Parade is a cherished tradition in Perth, spanning multiple decades and ranking as the second largest pride parade in Australia, just behind Sydney. We’re looking forward to welcoming the Murdoch staff, student and alumni community to join us in the 2023 Pride Parade for the Murdoch float. We ask everyone, including community members and allies, to walk together and show Perth just how proud we are of the LGBTIQA+ community at Murdoch.
Participants will receive a Pride at Murdoch T-shirt or costume (limited spots available for those on the parade float). Registrations are open now!
