Flu shots will be provided free of charge to students at the clinics:

Bookings can be made for the South Street clinic online. To book into the Mandurah clinic, please call Murdoch University Medical Service on (08) 9360 2293.
On the day of your appointment, please bring your Medicare card or overseas health insurance details, your completed Influenza Vaccine Consent Form and wear clothing that has easy access to your upper arm.
If you happen to be unwell and are unable to attend, please call Murdoch University Medical Service on (08) 9360 2293 to make alternative arrangements.
COVID-19 vaccinations
The Murdoch University Medical Service provides CoVID-19 vaccinations to all staff and students, including non-Medicare cardholders. Please note, CoVID-19 vaccines will not be available at this dedicated influenza vaccine clinic. The clinic currently has the Pfizer Comirnaty Omicron XBB.1.5 (30mcg of the SARS-CoV-2 XBB.1.5 Omicron subvariant spike protein mRNA) vaccine in stock.
ATAGI have updated their guidelines on CoVid-19 vaccination in 2024 with current recommendations for those over 75 or those with immunocompromise to receive a booster dose if six months have passed since you last dose. See the Australian Government website for further information.

Accessing Murdoch University Medical Service with respiratory symptoms
To minimise the risk of transmission of respiratory illnesses to others, we ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness such as fever, cough, sore throat, or runny nose that you please call Murdoch University Medical Service for advice before your appointment.?
Additionally, we kindly request that you undertake rapid antigen testing (RAT) for CoVID-19 for a few days from the onset of any symptoms.
