What You'll Do:
- Participate in training so that you feel comfortable with the presenter technology in Boola Katitjin
- Support educators starting classes in the first week of Semesters and Trimesters
- Connect with other staff support teams and guide staff and students to other support channels and resources.
This is a great opportunity to gain work experience, make connections, and help the Murdoch community, all while getting paid.
We are looking for:
- Students who have already progressed in their studies at Murdoch, and available from 22 July – 30 August
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in learning new technologies and helping others to use them
- Previous experience in a customer service or technology support role (but not required).
