Pop on your Gho or Kira and come down to the Tav to eat yummy Bhutanese food at this pop-up food truck on 6 August - 8 August, 11am - 5pm! Plus, listen to the sounds of live music from Murdoch University Bhutanese student, Rinzin Dorji on launch day!
On The Menu
- GNH Kitchen will be offering Momos (beef, chicken, pork or veg dumplings), Chowmein, Rice and Curry, Potato spirals, Pani puri, Chilli chops and Tea (suja and coffee).
- The Tav kitchen will also be serving kebabs, meat box, quesadillas and share foods (like chips and curry puffs). Drinks specials will be available throughout the week.
Rinzin Dorji is a pop music artist from Bhutan. His original songs 'Zay Di Bayru' and 'Karchachi' have a total of 390K views on YouTube. Watch him perform covers of popular English songs from Ed Sheeran, Stephen Sanchez and other artists, as well as his original songs live under the festoon lights and leafy trees of Tav's outdoor beer garden.
This is a free event for university students, staff and community members. No tickets are needed.
