We are excited to announce the launch of GradWISE, a new program designed to support Murdoch students and recent graduates living with disability, illness, or injury in enhancing their employability and career opportunities.
The GradWISE program is now available to penultimate-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years post-graduation), providing tailored career support to help participants successfully transition into the workforce. This program offers expert guidance, skills development, and resources to help you achieve your unique career goals.
Key Features of the GradWISE Program:
- Personalised Career Coaching: Each participant is paired with a dedicated career coach to develop a customised plan for achieving your career goals.
- Skills Development: Monthly masterclasses on topics like job applications, interview techniques, and access to industry experts will help prepare you for the job market.
- Industry Connections: Network with GradWISE alumni who have successfully transitioned into employment, gaining valuable career insights.
- Wellbeing Support: GradWISE offers wellbeing coaching, focusing on factors like nutrition, sleep, and stress management, to help you stay at your best throughout your career journey.
- Mentoring and Internship Opportunities: Participate in mentorship programs with professionals in your field and gain hands-on experience through internships and workplace shadowing.
- Ongoing Employment Support: GradWISE provides continuous guidance through the job application process and beyond, ensuring you thrive once you secure a role.

Students can contact GradWISE directly to book a consultation with a career coach. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can reach out to the Access & Inclusion team, and we will help connect you with a GradWISE staff member for further assistance.
