Our Sem 1 Gym Timetable is out now!

A new semester brings new routines, new energy, and the perfect chance to reset your health and wellbeing goals.

Our Semester 1 timetable is officially live, and with our popular Fresh starts membership promotion, new group fitness classes and team challenges designed to keep you motivated and accountable, there’s never been a better time to come join us here at Murdoch Active!

You asked, we listened

From the 16th of February, we’ve expanded our timetable based on your feedback, adding three brand‑new classes designed to challenge, motivate, and inspire:

  • BWS (Bodyweight Strength): A full‑body strength session using nothing but your own bodyweight. Simple, effective, powerful.
  • Workout of the Week: A dynamic 50/50 blend of strength and cardio that changes weekly to keep things fresh.
  • Power Hour: A sculpting class using low weights and high repetition for a slow burn and serious results.

And for the early risers, we’ve added a 6:15am class every Wednesday to help you start your day strong.

Of course, all your favourites are still here — from mind & body sessions to strength, dance, and our free Murdoch Moves classes.

What Else is Happening at the Gym?

  • Fresh Starts Promotion: Get 24/7 access to the gym and all our group fitness classes for just $7 a week or $9 a week for staff. Find all the details here.
  • Student & Staff Free Time: Students can use the gym for free between 9-11am and 1-3pm every weekday whilst staff free time is between 7-9am. Find out more here.
  • Lift for Life Challenge: Starting from the 2nd March, Join our 6 week strength‑focused journey designed for all fitness levels to keep you motivated and accountable. Find out more
