Join the Lift for Life Challenge – Free for All Students

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect reason to prioritise your health, build strength, and reconnect with your wellbeing, the Lift for Life Challenge is your moment. This six‑week strength‑training journey will see you work with our gym staff to set a personal target, train with purpose, and celebrate your progress along the way.

Choose how you want to train

  • Join our FREE Murdoch Moves classes and get guided strength sessions in a supportive group environment.
  • Use your free student gym access between 9–11am and 1–3pm to train independently at your own pace.
  • Prefer full gym membership? Students who sign up as paid members can also access free personal training with our third‑year Exercise Science prac students.

Fresh Starts Promotion

If you’re thinking about joining the gym more regularly, now’s the time. Our Fresh Starts promotion means students pay just $7 a week for membership giving you 24/7 access to the gym and unlimited group fitness classes.

If you’d like to meet the team and take a tour of the gym, we’re running 15min open sessions at these times, no need to book, just meet us in the Murdoch Active reception, Building 415.
