We are now seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from staff and students who would like to join this new working group, which will play a central role in investigating current challenges, advising on effective responses, recommending practical initiatives, and supporting the implementation of strategies that enhance student wellbeing, retention, and success.
As a new working group, it is difficult to determine exactly how much time committee membership will involve. Our best estimate is that members should be willing to commit approximately 25 hours per annum.
If you are interested in contributing to this important work, and represent one of the cohorts below, please email a one-paragraph self‑nomination outlining your interest, what area you will represent and what you hope to bring to the working group to Claire Harloe by 12pm (noon) on Tuesday, 28 April.
Representatives required:
- 1 x representatives from each of the following cohorts:
- Domestic student representative
- International student representative
- First Nations representative
- Undergraduate representative
- Postgraduate representative
- Higher Degree by Research (HDR) representative (from the Graduate Research Office)
- Mandurah Campus representative
We welcome nominations from across the University and strongly encourage participation from both staff and students. Thank you for considering this opportunity to support and strengthen our student community.
