Activate your wellbeing – a 4-week wellness journey

With lectures, exams, work commitments and busy schedules competing for attention, prioritising wellbeing can often slip to the bottom of the to do list. As deadlines pile up and days move quickly, caring for mental and physical health is frequently the first thing to be overlooked.

In support of Global Wellness Day on 16 June, Murdoch Active is launching Activate your Wellbeing – a 4-week wellness journey, running from 1–26 June, and designed to help you refresh your body, clear your mind and feel your best at work.

What’s Included

Designed to fit around study, work and life, across the four weeks, participants will be guided through a range of activities that support both mental and physical wellbeing. This includes FREE access to Yoga, Stretch & Mobility and Yogalates classes, alongside specialised workshops such as foam rolling and meditation. A variety of at‑home wellbeing challenges can also be completed in your own time.

Win a Wellness Voucher

Central to the program is the Wellness Bingo Card, encouraging you to explore a mix of wellbeing activities. Whether completing a single line or aiming for a full card, every action counts — fostering collective motivation and a shared focus on wellbeing.

Participants who complete a full bingo card can submit their entry to the gym team to go in the draw to win a wellness voucher.
