We did it! Murdoch finished the Million Moves Challenge as the largest participating team in Australia, with an incredible 575 students, staff and community members getting involved.
Together, we achieved:
- Australia’s largest Million Moves Challenge team with 575 participants
- 400,000+ minutes of movement logged
- Hosted the official WA launch event, bringing together around 300–400 people
- Brought our community together through movement, wellbeing and connection
From walking and running to gym workouts, social sport and group fitness classes, it was fantastic to see so many members of the Murdoch community getting active, supporting each other and making movement part of their day.
The challenge may be over, but there are still plenty of ways to keep moving, stay connected and prioritise your wellbeing with Murdoch Active.
