Murdoch University will be welcoming two refugee students in Semester 1, 2027, and we're looking for student volunteers to help make their transition to life in Australia a little easier.
As part of the Refugee Student Settlement Pathway (RSSP), we're establishing a Student Welcome Group (SWG) made up of students and staff who will work together to provide a warm and supportive welcome.
Volunteers will help with practical settlement activities, including airport pickups, setting up bank accounts and phone services, navigating campus, and building social connections.
