Ezra completed Law, Chemistry and Extractive Metallurgy qualifications at Murdoch University during 1995 – 2002. Following an initial short-term scientific research appointment, Ezra joined EY (then known as Ernst & Young) in his graduating year. Ezra has since forged a successful career with EY, more recently progressing to a senior leadership role: Specialist R&D Partner. He has over 12 years' experience assisting a range of clients, ranging from emerging companies to large multinationals. Ezra's work has focused on the minerals, energy and technology areas. He has also been involved in discussion around innovation policy with Government. Come and hear Ezra talk about his own career progression, what has worked for him as a leader and how he gets the most out of others.
