Interested in become First Aid Trained? Need a refresher? Murdoch University Health: Medical is running first aid courses for students and staff.

First aid training is suitable for anyone wishing to learn the practical skills and theory of first aid or require the qualification as part of their employment or job description. The course is titled Provide First Aid, formerly senior first aid, course code HLTAID003.

 

The course will be run over one day with an online pre course component to facilitate practical skills training on the day. On completion of the course inclusive of a skills assessment you will be issued with a nationally recognised certificate of training.

 

The next scheduled course is on October 27th. The course will be limited to a maximum of 25 participants. To register for this course please contact the medical service by phone 9360-2293 email medicalservice@murdoch.edu.au or in person, building 418 Tavern undercoft for an application form.

 

The cost of the course is $132, inclusive of a take home first aid manual and certificate upon completion.
