Hello to our new students, and welcome back to those returning! We are excited for 2017 – it is going to be a big year for Murdoch’s Perth Campus. The new Student Hub will commence construction, and in the meantime, we'd like to invite you to enjoy your lunch at the Pop-Up Ref.

When the Student Hub opens this year, it will provide a new dynamic, flexible learning and social space that will be the centre for student life at the cultural heart of our campus.  With a new and improved food & beverage offering, you won’t go hungry; you’ll find all of your careers support and co-working needs at The Loft; the Guild will let you know all about clubs, activities and events on campus from The Base; and you can enjoy our beautiful bush campus while you hang out in the Summer Courtyard and Winter Garden.

 

You’ll notice that some of the buildings off of Bush Court are closed while we work on the Student Hub, but you can still access to everything you need.

 

Pop-up Ref

Located just down the stairs next to Kim Beazley Lecture Theatre, down from Bush Court, the Pop-up Ref has a large covered seating area, a range of food and beverage providers, and microwaves.

 

Club M

Club M is getting a new Bush Court location in beautiful new premises as part of the Student Hub.  In the meantime, you will find them serving all of their usual food and coffee on Level 2 of the Library, in the former Sir Walters’ Café. 

 

Careers Centre

The Careers Centre will make their new home in The Loft once the Student Hub is complete.   During the construction period, you will be able to find all of your careers support at a temporary Careers Desk in the Student Centre.
