We are a centralised team at Murdoch Unviersity who are responsible for ensuring the results are confidential - we'd like to share some important student FAQs on this topic:

Will my unit coordinators and teaching staff know if I have completed the survey?

No -  Academic staff do not have access to this information at any time. They can only view response rates for their units when surveys are open.

If my unit coordinator does not know I have completed the survey, how am I able to receive email reminders?

The email reminder process is managed in the MyFeedback system by our team and no academic staff have access to this part of the system at any time. As soon as a student responds to the survey the system automatically removes their name from the email reminder process. Reports are based on aggregated and annonymous feedback from all students who respond to the survey (no names or identifying information are displayed in these reports).
