Student election info session

Nominations have opened for the elected student member positions on University Committees (Senate, Academic Council and College Boards) and Guild Council positions for 2020.

An information session for students interested in nominating for any of these positions will be held on Tuesday 15 October 2019 from 4.00 to 5.00pm at the Tavern. Kombo Mashumba, Guild President and Trudi McGlade, University Secretary will host the session. 

Please register your attendance by email to elections@murdoch.edu.au.

The University is committed to achieving gender balance on its major Committees; eligible female students are particularly encouraged to consider standing for election.

In accordance with the University’s Reconciliation Action Plan, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are also encouraged to stand for election.
