University Mental Health Day brings together the university community to make mental health a university-wide priority and create ongoing year round change to the future of student mental health.

We encourage you to use this day as a reminder to connect with fellow uni students and look out for each other. It is important to also take time out for yourself and allow 'me time'. Doing activities that we find enjoyable is not only a great way to relieve stress, but also gives us the opportunity to learn something new.

We encourage you to check out the activities running on the Social Connection at Murdoch Uni Facebook page and the Social Connection Calendar. The calendar is packed with lots of activities running every week. Make sure you check it out!

For more information on University Mental Health Day, email Bec on health.promotion@murdoch.edu.au.

If you are feeling disconnected, if you're finding these uncertain times challenging or just want to speak to someone about how you're going, you can still access the Murdoch Uni Counselling Service. Phone us on (08) 9360 1227 to book a telehealth session.
