These full-body, 45-minute workouts will be available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the month of June. Sessions will be held at 7am, 8am, 4pm and 5pm each day.
Check in will be at the Murdoch Sports Reception in Building 415 and training sessions will take place on lower bush court. In the event of bad weather, classes will move inside to Building 415.
Registrations are essential as we can only accommodate 20 people at each session.
Murdoch Sport has developed these sessions in collaboration with the School of Exercise Science. Classes will be run by third year students, giving them the opportunity to complete the Work Integrated Learning hours needed to complete their course.
The sessions are free to all Murdoch staff, students and Zone Fitness Centre members.
Please bring your own water bottle and a large towel to each session.
