Update: Government higher education reforms

The Federal Government has recently announced a series of significant package of reforms for the university sector in Australia.

The package proposes a change to the funding of university places for students studying in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) subjects, versus arts and humanities subjects.

It is a large and complex package which requires careful analysis and understanding of the implications and how they apply to current students should it pass Parliament.
