As we return to campus this semester, it’s important to keep your immunity levels up and help reduce the severity and spread of the flu. We can also reduce the spread by observing proper handwashing and cough and sneeze hygiene.

On the day of your appointment, can you please:

• Complete the influenza questionnaire to save time during your appointment
• Bring your Medicare card
• Wear clothing that has easy access to your arm
• If you happen to be unwell on the day of your scheduled appointment, please call to make alternative arrangements.
