Staying socially connected is important for good health and wellbeing, especially in times of adversity and change.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenging time, and travel restrictions can make people feel isolated and lonely. Luckily, technology and social media means there are some great ways to stay connected with friends and family virtually.
