Shenali Perera \; is an artist\, storyteller\, writer\, and creative facilitator working at the intersection of community arts and systems change. She has produced wo rk for and in collaboration with the Centre for Stories\, Perth Festival\, Youth Affairs Council of WA\, The Boxing Project\, Danjoo Koorliny Walkin g Together\, Presencing Institute and United Nations. She is passionate ab out cultivating creative learning and wellbeing through her work.
\nNelly Mher \;has a background in Psychology and is a strong advocate for marginalised and CALD communities\, with a particular interest in issues faced by CALD communities and their impacts on mental h ealth outcomes. She has sat on many advisory boards and worked in conjunct ion with the Mental Health Commission to make mental health services more accessible and culturally sound for CALD communities. Nelly is also a co-f ounder of How&rsquo\;s your Haal\, a grassroots group that provides cultur ally safe spaces for young CALD people to discuss taboo topics.
\nAshvin Sharma \;has been involved with MAN UP since its
inception in 2019. He currently serves as the Internals Vice-President. H
is role involves managing the internal structures of the team as well as b
eing responsible for MAN UP's programs into Rural WA. Outside of MAN UP he
is studying medicine at UWA and in 2022 he will be hoping to travel aroun
d Europe if the border permits!
