  Capstones and the Arts: Workshopping the Possibilities
  Following the introduction to the set of curriculum design principles for capstone experiences, workshop participants will be facilitated to consider both the design and assessment of their own capstone experience(s) and provided with the opportunity to work through a Capstone Experience Design Template.

  Capstone experiences: Conceptualising the what, why and how
  Presenter: Professor Sally Kift. The possibilities for the design of capstone experiences vary significantly: different frameworks may be used (for example, a disciplinary or inter-disciplinary focus or to satisfy professional accreditation requirements); rationales and objectives may differ; and a variety of models utilised (for example, an integrated final year program, a single subject, a suite of subjects or modules within several subjects).

  Future Water Forum: Adapting to Change
  Half day session featuring research from Young Water Professionals. This event is open to all Murdoch researchers with an interest in or who are working in a water-related area. It is expected the event will benefit both students and early career academic researchers as there are a number of industry research-perspective talks being given, which may widen the relevance of their own research activities.
