09 Apr 2013Consultation on Quality Assurance and Improvement PolicyA Quality Assurance and Improvement Policy is being developed as part of the University's self-regulatory framework. The Academic Quality Audit Committee has released the draft policy for consultation with the university community. Feedback from individuals and groups is now sought. The consultation period closes on Tuesday 23rd April.

A proposal on how these reviews might be conducted has been developed and feedback is now being sought from individuals and groups within the academic community. The consultation period closes on 30th April.

26 Mar 2013Microsoft Exchange 2010 email upgrade for all StaffAs part of Library and Information Services goal of providing a better staff email experience all staff email accounts will be upgraded from the existing Exchange 2003 system to a new Exchange 2010 system. This migration should be a background task with little or no downtime for staff and will provide a 1GB mailbox, greatly improved Webmail and a number of other improvements.
