Special Buddhist Event for the New Academic Year

This is a unique opportunity to spend time with an authentic and realised teacher on her first visit to Perth. This will be Lama Tsering's only Perth appearance.

Lama Tsering Everest is an internationally renowned teacher of Tibetan Buddhism. Known for a direct, warm and humorous style, her teachings are clear and accessible, delightful for beginners and experienced students alike.

To begin the New Year Lama Tsering will offer traditional Buddhist teachings on the mind and how we use it. We will explore basic Buddhist principles and meditation that will offer insight into how karma and virtue fit into our modern life. This event is suitable for new and old practitioners as well as those interested in learning about Buddhism.

The teachings are held over two days, 15 and 16 February, in four two hour sessions:
