We hope you enjoyed The Conversation and found value in the practitioner focused Master Classes. The next phase of the learning and teaching strategy development is kicking off and now it’s your turn to tell us what you think. Work with your colleagues to develop practical ideas for improving our Curriculum, Pedagogies, Learning Environments and Learning and Teaching. Recognising the many and competing demands on your time, we are conducting targeted workshops with Murdoch learning and teaching scholars and student facing service professionals to identify practical means to further Murdoch’s priorities without placing unreasonable demands on your time. You are invited to attend one or more in a series of two hour workshops conducted over the month of October. In these workshops you will be challenged to 'get your hands dirty' by contributing practical ideas to further Murdoch’s priorities in learning and teaching as identified by our staff in the Learning Futures Survey: Academic Staff Development, Student Engagement, Student Experience, Curriculum Design; Assessment Design and Streamlined Administration. Recognising that our institutional responses to these priorities will be on a range of fronts, workshops have been designed around the themes of Curriculum, Pedagogies, Environments and Communities. To find more information and to register visit The Conversation about Learning and Teaching.
