2015 Voice Survey now open
posted 21 July 2015 | Staff Announcement - (staff)
By now, you would’ve received a link to the 2015 Voice Survey. Your participation is pivotal in helping us shape the culture of Murdoch into the future, and I encourage you to have your say. The survey closes on August 7.
Your feedback will provide us with an honest measure of our University’s culture and identify how and where we can improve.
The survey is anonymous and the results will be evaluated independently, so please be honest and constructive in your responses.
Your feedback will help shape our new People and Culture Strategy, including a focus on realigning our values and creating and sustaining a high-performing culture where staff feel valued and play an important role in our future.
I give you my commitment that your feedback will be heard, highly valued and major themes addressed. A final report will be returned in October and I will share these findings with you later in the year.
Each and every one of you plays an important role to ensure our University achieves its vision and to create a culture that we are committed to and proud of.
It’s time to put the past behind us, and focus on shaping our future together.
