The Australian Government has committed $42.8 million in programme funding over four years towards the Promotion of Excellence in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
The aim of the grants programme is to provide funding for academics and professional staff to investigate, discover, develop and implement innovations in learning and teaching.
Grants facilitate scholarship and research into learning and teaching, and promote systemic change in the sector.
Innovation and Development Grants and Strategic Priority Commissioned Grants will be accepted in Round One 2016 (due 2 November 2015). Maximum budget $500,000 over two years. Only full applications (20 A4 pages) may be submitted.
Expressions of Interest, Seed grants and Extension Grants are not available in this round.
Outcomes of applications will be notified by June 2016 with projects commencing 1 August 2016.
