The Selection Committee found the calibre of all applicants very impressive and the recipients demonstrate the diversity of excellent teaching staff we are privileged to have at Murdoch.

The Vice Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence in Learning and Teaching and the Vice Chancellor’s Citations for Excellence in Enhancing Learning may be used to demonstrate impact and recognition for learning and teaching in the Academic Staff Promotions process, especially for colleagues who hold Teaching Scholar work profiles.

On behalf of the Murdoch community, I extend my congratulations to all the awardees. The efforts of these staff in providing a stimulating, supportive and rigorous environment for their students contributes greatly to maintaining and building Murdoch’s reputation as a university that provides high-quality teaching and learning in order to meet student needs.
