Engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People and building respectful relationships between all Australians is integral to Murdoch University's way of working.

Murdoch University’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2015 – 2018 outlines the ways in which we will continue to work towards equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in the areas of Governance, Learning and Teaching, Research, External Engagement and People and Culture (referred to as Human Resources in the RAP). 

The RAP incorporates measurable actions and achievable targets, and its successful implementation requires initiative, collaboration and ownership of the Plan by all staff and students.
