We're looking for feedback about the University Library

posted 16 August 2016 | Staff Announcement (staff)

As you will recall from a previous announcement from Susan Ashcroft, our University Librarian, a review of the Library will take place in early September 2016.

The last Library review was undertaken in 2011 and consistent with our quality assurance processes, it is timely to review the services provided by the Library again. A Review Panel will be holding numerous discussions with key stakeholders across the University and the Panel would also like to provide an opportunity for all staff and students to provide feedback.

This feedback is invaluable to the University as it assists us to identify the improvements that can be made to best support Library services across the University. Your feedback will be kept confidential. Submissions will only be read by Review Panel.

We would appreciate your including the following information as part of your feedback:

  1. What you see as the positives of the Library i.e. what is working well.
  2. Any changes or improvements you believe would benefit the Library.

It would assist us if you make reference to which library site you are referring to; South Street, Mandurah or Veterinary Library. Your feedback will need to be returned by Friday 26 August by email to Senior Quality Assurance Officer, Ms Alison Black (A.black@murdoch.edu.au) or by post to:

Ms Alison Black, Senior Quality Assurance Officer
Murdoch University, ECL 3.048
South Street, Murdoch WA 6150

Provision of this information is voluntary. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
