Academic Staff Induction, Semester 2, 2013

Location: FLTR, Library 4.040 NW South Street Campus

This event is for all academic staff who are new to Murdoch or who have never attended an academic staff induction and wish to do so. It covers academics who are on continuing contracts (tenure-tracked); on fixed-term contracts; are sessional academic staff.

Who is this event for?

All academic staff who are new to Murdoch, including those:

1. on continuing contracts (tenure-tracked)

2. on fixed-term contracts

3. who are sessional staff.

Although the induction is compulsory for tenure-tracked staff who are completing probationary requirements, all academic staff who are new to Murdoch will benefit and are strongly encouraged to attend.

Members of the Senior Leadership team will address new staff and key service staff will staff kiosks and be available to give information.

The Induction is presented in an interactive learning format.
