New Web Room Booking link is available to use now.

Ad hoc booking can now be made by all staff using Web Room Booker for any internal events, meetings or ad hoc teaching that falls between 28 November, 2017 and 25 June, 2017.

Please note this year you will notice the naming convention for rooms has changed. As outlined in previous communications the room numbers now consist of a building, floor and room number. For example the previous room number of LL1.004 will now show as 513.1.004. The existing building names are included in the description column to help you select an appropriate venue when making your booking.
