Open Day 2013 - Save the date - 18 August 2013 Date: 18th August 2013 Time: 10:00 AM - 16:00 PM Location: South Street Campus Reminder to all staff to save the date for this years Open Day. Sunday 18 August, 10am - 4pm. Murdoch’s Open Day will take place at the South Street campus. This important recruitment event allows the University to showcase its extensive Undergraduate and Postgraduate course offerings and campus facilities. It also provides an opportunity for Murdoch staff to have meaningful conversations with prospective students and convey the great changes taking place at Murdoch to improve graduate outcomes and future proof qualifications. In 2012, Open Day brought over 11,000 visitors to the South Street campus. Feedback has shown the staff and students volunteering at Open Day leave a lasting impression on our visitors because of their enthusiasm and knowledge about the University. This is a significant factor for prospective students in selecting Murdoch as their university of choice. “It was very enjoyable and welcoming which just added to me wanting to go to Murdoch. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting and everyone was so helpful.” (2012 OpenDay visitor) In the coming months, you will receive more information about Open Day and how you can be involved. In the meantime, if you have any questions about the day, please contact your Faculty Recruitment Officer who will be able to assist you.
