ITS : We are listening!

IT Services have introduced a new feedback option on each interaction to allow us to better understand your needs.
Knowing our customers and their needs is vital for Information Technology Services (ITS) in delivering excellent services and support.
To assist us in knowing more about your needs and preferences, we have introduced a new optional feedback survey.
This short survey comprises of just two questions and will be available in the final ITS email interaction, for every service/incident. The questions are:
- How did you find our level of service? (Terrible, Poor, Good, Exceptional)
- Tell us more… (optional, comments field)
By providing feedback you will help ITS:
- Identify process and service improvement needs
- Identify best practice process and service representatives
- Identify and develop excellent service capabilities
In some instances an ITS Manager may contact you in relation to your response; this is to support us in clarifying areas of improvement/success.
Our commitment back to you is to provide you with transparency of our survey response trends and share progress on those initiatives we begin, in response to your feedback.
We will share a regular update via our existing communication points, such as the ITS Directors Report and updates.
Did you notice…Alongside this change, we also introduced a new colour scheme/branding to our ITS emails. This is aligned to the digital branding that was bought to life, in the new Murdoch website! #goDigitalFirst
