Murdoch Support self-service portal for staff and students is coming soon!

The new support portal, referred to as 'Murdoch Support', will be launching next week.

This first step in the evolution of the Murdoch Support portal will provide you with access to common service request forms and support articles related to services provided by:

  • Centre of University Teaching and Learning (CUTL)
  • Information Technology Services (ITS)
  • People & Culture Office (P&C)
  • University Library

Murdoch Support will provide you with:

  • One location to find help or generate service requests across various departments,
  • The ability to self-serve and locate/search for the information you need; and
  • Tracking history of services you have received or are outstanding.

The portal will be accessible via the Murdoch website, staff and student pages or via the existing service request links on the Library, People & Culture, CUTL or IT Services pages of the Murdoch website.

To access Murdoch Support, staff and students will be required to log in via MAIS. By logging into the portal with either a staff or student ID, you will be presented with the service and support options relevant to your function, i.e. services not relevant to students will be omitted from their Murdoch Support Portal views.

Murdoch Support is designed to be simple and easy to navigate; however if you feel you would like more support with the functionality of the portal, or would like to know how we can support you with integrating your own services/support items into the portal, please email us at BPOprogram@Murdoch.edu.au.
