All employees, whether you are a professional or academic staff member, have an impact on our students' experience. So, regardless of whether you are 'behind the scenes' or in the 'front line', you will play an important role in ensuring Murdoch staff are able to make a valuable contribution to our Community.

The purpose of the New Employee Orientation is to:

1. Introduce you to the vision and strategic directions of Murdoch University;

2. Acquaint yourself with our core business;

3. Meet key staff members and new colleagues;

4. Give you appropriate information on mandatory policies, which will affect your workplace practices as a Murdoch staff member;

5. Provide advice on working safely on Campus; and

6. Give you useful information related to Campus Services.

 

The face-to-face Orientation event is supported by an online community page in our Learning Management System (LMS). Any member of staff can access the information, activities and contacts included at Orientation by enrolling in the online page here.
