Policy updates from Audit and Risk Management

The following policies, approved by Senate, are published on the University's Policy and Procedure Manager (PPM) and are applicable to all staff members. Staff members are requested to read these policies and familiarise themselves with the requirements of the policies.

Compliance Management

The new Compliance Management Policy outlines Murdoch University’s approach to compliance management, enabling the University to achieve its compliance objectives in its current and future operations and activities.

Risk Management

The updated Risk Management Policy outlines the University's approach to identification, management and reporting of the University's risks

The Risk Management Framework that supports the Risk Management Policy can be accessed via the Office of Audit and Risk Management website. The framework comprises of several components including roles and responsibilities, the risk management process and risk reporting requirements that together provide a foundation and structure for effective risk management.

Fraud, Corruption and Misconduct

The updated Fraud Corruption and Misconduct policy outlines the University's integrated and systematic approach for the prevention, management and reporting of fraud, corruption and misconduct, and ensures compliance with misconduct notification and reporting obligations under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003.
