New guidelines for staff on planned and unplanned utility outages

The Property, Development and Commercial Services (PDSCO) office have updated the process staff members need to follow if there are planned or unplanned outages of utilities like power, gas, water and sewerage.
The new guidelines should be followed when the outage impacts a whole floor or greater and/or any tenanted areas.
The new processes were developed following a review and can be accessed here.
If staff members want to plan an outage, they will need to complete the Outage Scale & Risk Assessment form located here.
