A new semester means a new group fitness schedule!

There's something for everyone this semester!

As we roll into Semester 1, a new group fitness schedule has officially launched at The Zone Fitness Centre.

The schedule is available here, with hard copies available from The Zone Fitness Centre (Building 415).

There's something for everyone, from indoor cycling, dance fitness and high intensity cardio through to meditation, yoga and pilates. Plus, take advantage of the "Bring a Friend for Free" deal for group fitness from 26 Feb - 4 March to kick start your new routine!

Why not try a Delicious Double - two back-to-back classes designed to maximise your health and fitness:

Monday & Friday morning RPM and CX Worx (1 hr total) for an intense cardio workout combined with an epic core workout.

Tuesday & Friday lunchtime Metafit and Yoga (1.5 hrs total) for a high intensity interval training workout and a chance to stretch out all the kinks.

Monday evening Pump and RPM (2 hrs total) a firm favourite we’ve brought back – this is the ultimate total body cardio and strength combo.

Wednesday lunchtime Zen Zone and Pilates (1.5 hrs total) for a mid-week re-set of the mind and body.
