Mbody Wellness has kicked off for 2018 Get involved in a variety of free wellness activities - find out more in the latest Mbody program! Mbody is an holistic wellness program for staff comprising of face-to-face events, on-campus initiatives and digital tools, resources and educational activities. The Mbody wellness program encourages all staff to take action to better their wellness. The program calendar through to April 2018 is available here. If you'd like to stay in the loop with wellness at Murdoch, receive bite-size tips, tricks, tools and interesting articles, join the Working Well email list. Working Well is your monthly dose of wellness arriving in your inbox at the start of every month. It provides easy to read tips and tricks, articles and resources pertaining to all aspects of health and wellbeing. The Working Well eNewsletter is a great way to keep in the loop with additional wellness activities and offers that may be happening and is the main form of communication for the Mbody Wellness program. To receive ongoing Working Well emails, simply email mbody@murdoch.edu.au with the subject line "SUBSCRIBE". You do not need to have any experience or ample physical and/or psychological health to participate in any Mbody initiatives or events. The benefits of participating in Mbody activities and initiatives range from improved physical fitness, better stress management and psychological resilience to a sense of kinship and a more positive mindset.
